 I am Joseph P. Eberhard, EdD and I have dedicated the last two decades to the architecture of human potential. My work is centered on a single, structural truth: intentional living is not a matter of willpower, but of system design. Drawing from twenty years within the 'Clinical Lab' of Florida’s largest school districts, I provide the blueprints for leaders and parents to move beyond the fatigue of leading by Default and begin the work of leading by Design. 

Principles of Purpose was born from the conviction that a life of impact isn't a happy accident. It is a deliberate build. Whether you are raising a family at home or leading a team in the marketplace, you are the Architect of that environment. This framework is about making sure your daily actions actually align with the values you hold dearest.
